Why are we building a software company?
Because we can :) Yeah, I got it. You bunch of coders/hackers/product guys & gals are excited to launch your ideas and get all the traction. ($$$ and downloads) Maybe little bit of fame too? Get interviewed by magazines, invited by students clubs in universities ( unfortunately, nobody is going to come after the talk and take a picture with you, it’s all happening on Zoom)
Seriously why are you building a software company?
In my case, I want to optimize my customers’ time, energy, and money. They shouldn’t do anything manually what our software can easily deliver automatically. That’s it! We are in here to solve their problems.

Today, I encountered a Turkish restaurant owner in Atlanta. These small businesses especially restaurants and bars make serious amounts of money. And I asked myself the same question: Why do I work in a Saas company? Why do I dream of creating a software company instead of a Hookah bar 😊
