In my case, I want to optimize my customers’ time, energy, and money. They shouldn’t do anything manually what our software can easily deliver automatically. That’s it! We are in here to solve their problems.

Today, I encountered a Turkish restaurant owner in Atlanta. These small businesses especially restaurants and bars make serious amounts of money. And I asked myself the same question: Why do I work in a Saas company? Why do I dream of creating a software company instead of a Hookah bar 😊
